At Shayé Jewellery, each piece is carefully crafted and quality checked before dispatch.
Due to the handcrafted and limited-edition nature of our jewellery, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.


In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at studioshayofficial@gmail.com / +91 9965902728 along with:
 Clear photographs of the product
 An unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened


Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
Once the issue has been verified, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may
include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at our discretion.


Products that show signs of wear, misuse, alteration, improper storage, or damage after
delivery will not be eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund.


Shipping charges are non-refundable.
